A replaceable-blade razor, not a traditional straight razor you have to maintain. Fit a fresh blade in and you have a new edge — nothing to hone, nothing to strop, no skill to acquire before your first shave.
Blades sold separately
Said here rather than discovered later: the razor arrives without blades. That is normal for this type of razor and it keeps the price where it is — but you will want a pack before your first shave.

Why this one
A tool first. A statement second.
Search “cut throat razor” and you get a wall of identical black handles. They work. They are also completely interchangeable, and none of them says anything about the person holding them.
The Pink & Gold is the same honest mechanism — a folding handle, a hinged blade plate, a replaceable blade — wearing something with a bit of nerve. The graffiti logotype runs the length of the handle. The blade plate is brass-finished and engraved Unleashed 2026. It is built to be used on a face, every day, and to be recognisable on a barber's station from across the room.
If you want a razor nobody comments on, there are plenty. This is not that.

Which blades does it take?
Half of a standard double-edge (DE) safety razor blade — snapped in two, one edge exposed. Blades not included.
Are blades included?
No. The razor is supplied without blades. Buy a pack of the type above at the same time — they are inexpensive, and the razor is not much use without one.
Is this suitable if I've never used one before?
It can be, but start carefully. A replaceable-blade straight razor is less forgiving than a cartridge razor: the blade is fully exposed and the angle is yours to hold. Most people who get on with one started with a very light touch, a well-lathered face and no hurry. Our beginner's guide walks through the first shave properly.
Is it left- or right-handed?
The handle is symmetrical, so it works either way round.
How do I look after it?
Rinse and dry it after every shave, and take the blade out if you are putting it away for a while. The blade is the consumable — it is meant to be swapped, not sharpened. Do not put the razor in a dishwasher.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Razors are age-restricted in the UK and this is sold to over-18s only. Age is verified through the Amazon checkout and on delivery.
Is a black one coming?
A black colourway exists. It is not on sale yet, and we would rather not take an order for something we cannot ship — when it is listed it will appear here.
